Onsite and Virtual Ongoing Mindfulness

Programs

Periodic (weekly or bi-weekly) meditation sessions for employees helps integrate and reinforce mindful business practices as part of the culture, resulting in reduced stress and increased focus, creativity and collaboration.

Offsite or Virtual Learning Retreats

We offer our curriculum as one or two-day retreats (in-person or virtual).  All of the topics can be followed up by longer in-house consulting engagements or series of workshops and trainings
